Next changes for V.0.1.0


Pick or Burn is  moving to the next phase which involves finally utilizing the resources gathered during labyrinth exploration or rather, just digging.


People have brought this up during testing, that it's just easy to win and that eventually the could keep going with out issue.  That is about to change at the end of each level there is a guardian that hold the treasure of each level .


The goal is to collect resources and then face a boss to exit the level. Currently, each level features an enemy tied to one of the sacred gems that King Bofur has tasked you with retrieving from an ancient crypt. This crypt belonged to a dark king cursed long ago, and only a brave dwarf of the same bloodline can enter without becoming a ghoul or zombie. However, anyone who doesn't escape the crypt in time will burn—hence the name, Pick or Burn.


The lore continues to unfold, with upcoming changes including a tutorial screen and a small intro to set the stage for the story. The next big step will be doing the combat system, which will build upon the existing resource-gathering mechanics, adding layers of strategy and complexity.


The above is just a teaser of how it would look like where the scope of this small project should end. 

Bonus feature: A button to Toggle CRT mode to make the retro experience more real. Will see about this, as a matter of fact this is the fun part to make but it may become a performance hazard for mobile or web which might mean that this would be best for PC version of the game, need to test a see so i can be sure.

Small update since the CRT shader took a while to implement and got distracted with a few things it's now that i will move forward with the next stage of the game.
